Here are my available FREE pilates workshops. All you need are your workout clothes (but it’s nice to bring a friend, too!).
Pilates for Moms
As a mother of five (yes, five!), I’m passionate about helping other moms feel good! In this special free workshop we will cover:
- Why Pilates is safe during pregnancy
- Pelvic floor health
- Diastasis recti (or why you still look pregnant even though your kid is two)
- How to safely begin fitness again after pregnancy
- Exercises to reconnect you to your abdominals

Enjoy a free 45- minute session and learn more about fitness giant Joseph Pilates, his philosophy and method in this one hour workshop:
- Learn the fascinating history of Pilates, going back the early 20th-century
